As part of a full, fair and final resolution, the
Council strives to address underlying problems and to provide recommendations
that will result in restored credibility for workers and managers,
as well as sustainable solutions to workplace problems.
The Council’s goal is to help restore work
relationships to normal or nearly so; resolve to the satisfaction
of the employee
and the contractor any safety issues or dispute over a safety issue
that has been raised; and address any actual or alleged retaliatory
or other adverse personnel actions.
