During the implementation process, the Council stays
in touch with the employee and the appropriate company representatives
to provide and receive feedback on progress of the case. At the
completion of each case, the Council has a briefing and exchanges
with the president of the company, as well as with key managers
and other employees, if desired, the lessons learned about safety
practices and handling concerns.
