Bill Dixon is the Deputy Manager for Environment, Safety and Health with Washington River Protection Solutions. For the prior 19 years, he has held environment, safety, and health management positions with several companies in the Tri-Cities supporting the Hanford cleanup.
Dixon served two Oregon governors as Administrator for Nuclear Safety and Energy Facilities in the Oregon Department of Energy. He started his professional career designing and building nuclear reactors for the U. S. Navy under Admiral Hyman Rickover. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon.
Dixon has lived in the Tri-Cities for twenty years.
