Dyan Foss is Vice President for the Soil and Groundwater Remediation Project for CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company. She leads the ongoing effort to protect the Columbia River by remediating high-risk waste sites, shrinking the contaminated area, preventing recharge, remediating groundwater, and monitoring groundwater on the Hanford Site.
Previously, Foss served as a Senior Management Integrator for the CH2M HILL/Kaiser-Hill Company at the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site in Denver. She has served as the British Nuclear Group Head of Programme Delivery End State at the Sellafield Nuclear Site in the United Kingdom and has held quality assurance and geology positions in Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, and Idaho.
As a Project Management Executive, Foss has 19 years of experience in remediation and cleanup and has both domestic and international management experience leading nuclear decommissioning and environmental restoration projects. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Idaho, is a Registered Professional Geologist as well as a certified Project Management Professional.
