9. Does the Company control the Council Process?
Absolutely not. The Council is a separate non-profit corporation, whose board is made up of a representative of the Hanford Challenge, the participating companies, and chaired by a professor from the University of Washington. The members of the Council are appointed by the chairperson, and the chair controls the budget and administration of the Council.
